How the reservation form works
Choose one-way or hourly
Pick a one-way transfer when there is a single pickup and a single drop-off, such as Midway to a Loop hotel or a West Loop office to O'Hare. Pick an hourly charter when the car needs to wait for you, make several stops or stay with your group for an evening. Hourly service has a 3-hour minimum.
Enter the flight, not just a time
For an airport arrival, enter the airline and flight number. Dispatch tracks the flight, so an early landing or a delay moves the pickup with it and your chauffeur is not working from a stale time. For a hotel, office or home pickup, give the full street address and the entrance you will use, which matters at large Loop and River North buildings with more than one door.
Match the vehicle to the bags
Choose by luggage as well as head count. The Executive Sedan and First-Class Sedan seat 3 with room for 3 bags. The Executive SUV seats 6 with room for 6 bags, which suits families and travelers with golf bags or sample cases. The Executive Sprinter seats 14 and is the practical choice for wedding parties, conference teams and group airport runs.
Review, submit and keep the confirmation
The booking form confirms the final price for the route and vehicle you picked before you submit. Tolls, parking and additional stops depend on the route and are priced separately from the base fare. After you submit you receive a confirmation; keep it, because replying to it or calling dispatch is how you change or cancel the ride later.
Airport pickup notes
Midway (MDW)
Your chauffeur meets you in the baggage-claim arrivals hall on the lower level with a name sign. Midway does not let private cars wait at the curb, so collect your bags first and then look for your chauffeur.
Midway car serviceO'Hare (ORD)
Pickups use the commercial-vehicle zone outside your arrival terminal. Domestic flights arrive at Terminals 1, 2 and 3; most international arrivals use Terminal 5, where you clear customs and collect bags before meeting the chauffeur.
O'Hare car serviceChicago Executive (PWK)
Private flights are met at the fixed-base operator you name, not at an airline terminal. Add your tail number and FBO in the booking notes so the car goes to the right lobby.

Use this form for standard rides booked a day or more ahead: airport transfers, one-way trips across the city and suburbs, and hourly charters. Call dispatch at (773) 309-3277 for same-day rides or to change a booking you already hold. Use the email form on the contact page for groups, weddings, several vehicles or multi-day plans, so dispatch can see the whole itinerary before quoting. For vehicle details see the fleet page, and for common trips see popular routes.
Booking questions
What do I need to make a booking?
The pickup address or flight number, the drop-off, the date and time, the number of passengers and bags, and a contact phone number. Add any special requests such as child seats.
Can I change or cancel after booking?
Yes. Call dispatch or reply to your confirmation. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup; cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial charge.
How far ahead should I reserve?
At least 24 hours for standard rides and 48 hours during major conventions and holiday weeks. For same-day rides, calling dispatch is fastest.
I have a group or a multi-day event. Should I use this form?
For groups, weddings and events, the email form on the contact page lets you send the whole plan at once, and dispatch will reply with a proposal.
What happens if my flight lands early or late?
Enter your flight number in the form. Dispatch tracks the flight and moves the pickup to the actual arrival time, so you do not need to call to report a delay.
Where will the chauffeur meet me at Midway?
In the baggage-claim arrivals hall on the lower level, holding a sign with your name. Midway does not allow private cars to wait at the curb, so collect your bags before looking for your chauffeur.
