How pricing works

There are two ways to book. A one-way transfer is priced per trip: the route, the vehicle and the time of day set the price, with sedan trips starting at $130 and SUV trips at $160. An hourly charter keeps the car and chauffeur with you and is billed by the hour with a 3-hour minimum. S-Class and Sprinter hourly rates are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price for your date and itinerary.

Which is cheaper depends on the shape of the day. For a single ride, one-way pricing almost always wins. Once there are several stops, waiting time or an uncertain finish, hourly usually costs less and saves rebooking.

Worked examples

These use the published hourly rates; your exact total is confirmed in the booking form.

  • Three hours in an executive sedan for a morning of Loop meetings: 3 × $120 = $360
  • An SUV for a four-hour afternoon of suburban site visits: 4 × $150 = $600
  • An S-Class for a three-hour wedding ceremony and photos: 3 × $230 = $690
  • A Sprinter for a four-hour convention shuttle: 4 × $240 = $960

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum charge for hourly service?

Every hourly booking has a 3-hour minimum. At the hourly rates that is $360 for a sedan, $450 for an SUV, $690 for an S-Class and $720 for a Sprinter before any additional hours.

What is the lowest price for a one-way ride?

One-way trips start at $130 in an executive sedan and $160 in an SUV. Airport and intercity routes have their own starting prices, listed in the tables above.

When do I know the final price?

Before you commit. The booking form prices your trip for the vehicle, date and route you enter, and the confirmation shows that price in writing.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial charge, and no-shows are billed at the full fare.

Do corporate accounts get different pricing?

Corporate accounts receive monthly invoicing and itemized receipts, and volume pricing can apply to recurring routes and regular weekly schedules. Contact us to set one up.
