Booking and pricing
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on vehicle type, distance, time of day, and any wait time or tolls. Airport transfers include flight tracking and a standard meet-and-greet. Hourly charter is billed in minimum blocks. We provide a fixed quote before you confirm so there are no surprises.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial charge. No-shows are billed at the full fare. Corporate accounts may negotiate modified terms under a signed service agreement.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is included in the quoted fare for most rides. Corporate accounts may add an additional tip at their discretion. You do not need to tip the chauffeur separately unless you choose to do so.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 24 hours ahead for standard rides, and 48 hours ahead during major conventions at McCormick Place and holiday weeks. Same-day requests are often possible, but vehicle choice narrows late in the day.
Should I book hourly or one-way?
One-way suits a single trip and starts at $130 in a sedan or $160 in an SUV. Hourly suits several stops or waiting time: $120 sedan, $150 SUV, $230 S-Class and $240 Sprinter per hour, with a 3-hour minimum.
Airports
Do you track flights?
Yes, we monitor arrivals at O'Hare and Midway in real time. Your chauffeur adjusts the pickup window if your flight is early or delayed. Domestic arrivals receive a standard grace period. International customs waits are handled with hourly standby when requested.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
Chauffeurs meet passengers at the designated terminal curb or inside baggage claim with professional signage. For O'Hare, we use the correct terminal pickup zone. For private flights at Chicago Executive Airport, the affiliate coordinates directly with the FBO staff.
Is Midway or O’Hare better for downtown Chicago?
Midway is closer: about 11 miles from the Loop and usually 25 to 40 minutes. O’Hare is about 17 miles and typically 35 to 55 minutes, longer at rush hour.
Vehicles and passengers
Can you provide child seats?
Child seats and booster seats are available by request. Please mention the child's age and weight when booking so we install the correct seat. We recommend requesting seats at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
What vehicles are available?
Our Chicago affiliate fleet includes black sedans, SUVs, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. Sedans suit one to three passengers. SUVs handle up to six with luggage. Sprinter vans move groups up to fourteen for conventions and roadshows.
How much luggage fits?
Sedans accommodate two large suitcases and carry-ons. SUVs fit four to six large bags. Sprinter vans handle oversized luggage, equipment cases, and group gear. Please disclose unusual items when booking so we send the right vehicle.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are permitted in select vehicles with advance notice. Please tell us the breed and size when booking. We may require a protective seat cover or charge a cleaning fee for excessive shedding or accidents.
Do you accommodate passengers with mobility needs?
We arrange wheelchair-accessible vehicles and assistance for medical center transport when requested. Please share specific needs at booking so our Chicago affiliate can prepare the right vehicle and chauffeur. We serve Northwestern Memorial, Rush, and UChicago Medicine locations.
Accounts and service area
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes, corporate accounts receive itemized receipts, monthly invoicing, and centralized booking support. We serve financial firms, medical groups, law offices, and consulting teams across Chicago. Account managers can set up recurring routes and preferred vehicle classes.
What areas do you serve?
We serve downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs including the Loop, Magnificent Mile, River North, Schaumburg, Oak Brook, Naperville, and Evanston. We also cover O'Hare, Midway, and Chicago Executive Airport. Long-distance regional trips can be arranged upon request.
