What corporate transportation includes
Corporate transportation provides scheduled car service for executives, boards, clients, and teams traveling on business in Chicago. Our dispatch team arranges sedans, SUVs, and sprinter vans through vetted local affiliate operators. Service covers airport transfers, office-to-office trips, offsite meetings, client dinners, and roadshow itineraries. Billing is set up for company accounts with centralized reporting.
Who uses corporate transportation in Chicago
Law firms in the Loop use this service for partner travel to courthouses and client meetings. Private equity and consulting firms in River North and the West Loop book daily transportation for associates and visiting executives. Technology companies in Fulton Market arrange client pickups and airport transfers for candidates flying in for interviews. Manufacturing and logistics firms with offices near O'Hare use recurring service for plant visits and vendor meetings. Banks and trading firms in the financial district rely on corporate accounts for early morning and late evening rides.
How corporate transportation pricing works
Pricing is built around fixed route rates and hourly charter blocks. A sedan from downtown to O'Hare starts at $130 for airport transfers. A sedan from downtown to Midway starts at $130. Hourly service typically starts around a written flat rate to $120 per hour depending on vehicle and day of week. Corporate accounts may qualify for volume discounts and consolidated monthly invoicing. All quotes include base mileage, wait time within reason, and tolls. Gratuity, parking, and additional stops are extra.
Chicago-specific business considerations
Chicago's central business district spans the Loop, River North, and the West Loop. Morning rush on the Eisenhower Expressway into downtown begins around 7:00 AM. Evening outbound rush on the Kennedy Expressway can start as early as 3:30 PM. Major conferences at McCormick Place and Navy Pier create localized surges in demand during spring and fall. The RSNA annual meeting in late November and the ASCO annual meeting in late May/early June are two of the largest medical conventions held at McCormick Place each year.
One honest limitation
We do not operate our own vehicles in Chicago. We rely on local affiliate partners, which means vehicle availability can tighten during major conventions, severe weather, or holiday periods. Advance booking is strongly recommended.
