Pickup procedure at O'Hare
Your chauffeur meets you at the designated commercial-vehicle pickup zone outside your arrival terminal, holding a sign with your name. Domestic Terminals 1, 2, and 3 each have exits leading to the signed car-service pickup areas. After you collect luggage, exit through the baggage-claim doors and proceed to the ground-transportation center or commercial-vehicle lane. Terminal 5 handles most international arrivals. After you clear customs and collect luggage, exit the customs hall and go to the commercial-vehicle pickup area. O'Hare is on the CTA Blue Line, which runs 24 hours to the Loop. Private cars cannot stand at the curb for pickup. The vehicle waits in an authorized commercial lot until you are ready. Please turn on your phone as soon as you land. The chauffeur will call or text when you reach the pickup zone. We track your flight number and adjust automatically for early arrivals or delays. If your gate changes, the chauffeur still monitors the flight and meets the updated arrival terminal.
Sedan pricing from O'Hare
O'Hare sedan transfers start at $130 to Rosemont and range upward based on distance. A sedan to the Loop is $130. Schaumburg is a written flat rate. Evanston is $125. Naperville is $135. A trip to Milwaukee starts at $320. Each rate covers point-to-point sedan service with meet-and-greet and luggage assistance. Gratuity, tolls, and parking fees incurred at the terminal are not included. Larger vehicles such as SUVs, executive vans, and sprinters cost more. A late-night surcharge of $15 applies to pickups between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. These prices assume a standard point-to-point transfer with no additional stops. If you request a grocery stop or a multi-point itinerary, we price it as an hourly charter. Hourly charters in the Chicago market typically start at $130 for a sedan. A three-hour minimum applies.
Drive times from O'Hare
Most downtown and near-north destinations take 30 to 55 minutes in normal traffic. Suburban trips usually run 20 to 60 minutes. The Kennedy Expressway and I-190 are the main routes into the city. Rush hour, Cubs games at Wrigley Field, and summer festivals like Lollapalooza in Grant Park can add 15 to 30 minutes. Winter snow and lake-effect storms that hit the northwest suburbs can slow the Kennedy and I-294 even more.

Booking lead times
Book at least 24 hours ahead for a standard O'Hare transfer. Reserve 48 hours ahead during major conventions at McCormick Place or holiday weeks. Same-day requests are often possible, but vehicle selection becomes limited after 8 p.m. For departures from downtown hotels, plan to reach O'Hare two hours before domestic flights. International travelers should allow three hours.
A real limitation
We cannot offer curbside pickup at O'Hare. All private cars must use the approved commercial-vehicle pickup zones outside the terminals. We also cannot enter secure areas. You must clear customs and baggage claim before meeting the chauffeur. If you need instant curb retrieval, a Chicago taxi or rideshare may be faster for that exact step.
