Matching the vehicle to the trip
Passenger count is only half the answer; luggage decides the rest. Two travelers coming off an international flight at O’Hare with four large cases need an SUV, not a sedan. A team of eight heading from a Loop hotel to McCormick Place fits one Sprinter more comfortably than three separate cars, and arrives together. In winter, many suburban travelers choose the Escalade for the extra room and the higher driving position on snowy tollways.
The two sedans differ in the rear seat. The E-Class is the working car for most executive travel. The S-Class adds a more spacious, quieter rear cabin and is the usual choice for board members, visiting principals and wedding couples.
Before every trip
Vehicles are inspected and prepared before each trip, and the chauffeur arrives at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup. If you have unusual items, such as golf bags, equipment cases or a folding wheelchair, mention them when booking so the right vehicle is sent.
